These Seller Rules explain the standards expected of every seller. By listing an item for sale on GRAIL, you agree to follow these rules in addition to the Terms of Service and other applicable marketplace policies.

Failure to follow these rules may result in listing removal, restricted selling privileges, payout delay, Trust Score consequences, reward or promotional-benefit reversal, account suspension, or account termination where permitted by the Terms and applicable law.

Sections
01

1. Our Marketplace Standards

Every listing should help buyers purchase with confidence.

Sellers are expected to:

  • Be honest.
  • Be accurate.
  • Ship promptly.
  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Resolve issues professionally.
  • Follow all marketplace policies.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification, support, shipping, and dispute requests.

Trust is earned through consistent, reliable selling.

GRAIL may review seller conduct, listings, transactions, communications, shipping activity, disputes, Trust Score history, reward activity, and other marketplace-integrity information when reasonably necessary to protect buyers, sellers, and the Platform.

02

2. Seller Eligibility and Account Readiness

Sellers may be required to:

  • Maintain an active GRAIL account.
  • Provide accurate profile information.
  • Meet minimum age and legal-capacity requirements.
  • Complete Stripe Connect onboarding where required for seller payouts.
  • Provide required tax, identity, bank, business, or payout information.
  • Maintain a valid payout account.
  • Maintain an accurate validated shipping-origin address.
  • Comply with account verification requests.
  • Remain in good standing under the Terms of Service and related policies.

GRAIL may prevent listing publication, checkout availability, shipment workflows, or payout when required seller information is missing, expired, inaccurate, unverified, inconsistent, restricted by Stripe, restricted by applicable law, or otherwise insufficient for the current marketplace workflow.

Seller identity, tax, bank, and private street-address information is not displayed publicly merely because it is needed for verification, shipping, payout, tax, compliance, or risk review.

These rules document current seller requirements and do not create a new onboarding workflow.

03

3. Eligible Items

Only items permitted by GRAIL and supported by the current listing flow may be listed.

During the current beta marketplace scope, sellers may list only eligible physical trading-card inventory that can be accurately represented through GRAIL’s current listing form.

Currently supported listing categories include:

  • Sports cards.
  • TCG cards.
  • Raw cards using the category-appropriate condition options.
  • Graded cards or slabs using supported grader, grade, and certification fields where applicable.
  • Existing collection showcase or offer-only states where currently supported by the product.

Sellers may list only items that:

  • Are supported by the current listing form.
  • They legally own or are authorized to sell.
  • Are permitted by the Terms of Service and Prohibited Items Policy.
  • Can be accurately described, photographed, shipped, and fulfilled through GRAIL.

The following are not presented as currently supported categories by these Seller Rules unless GRAIL separately and expressly enables them through the product:

  • Sealed products.
  • Standalone memorabilia.
  • Standalone autographs.
  • Accessories.
  • Digital items.
  • Services.
  • Mystery packs.
  • Repacks.
  • Breaks.
  • Chance-based products.

The absence of an item from a prohibited list does not automatically make it eligible.

When uncertain, sellers should contact GRAIL Support before listing.

GRAIL may expand, restrict, or modify supported marketplace categories over time.

04

4. Ownership and Possession

Sellers must:

  • Own the listed item or be legally authorized to sell it.
  • Have possession or control sufficient to fulfill the sale.
  • Be able to provide evidence of ownership or sourcing where reasonably requested.
  • Ensure the item is not stolen, subject to another person’s claim, or legally restricted.
  • Avoid listing speculative future inventory.

Sellers must not list:

  • Items the seller does not possess or control.
  • Unconfirmed preorders.
  • Speculative presales.
  • Items already sold elsewhere.
  • Duplicate active listings for the same unique item.
  • Items subject to ownership disputes.
  • Inventory obtained through fraud, theft, payment abuse, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

Ordinary multi-quantity listings are not prohibited by this section when the seller genuinely owns the stated quantity and the current listing system supports that format.

05

5. Accurate Listings

Every listing must accurately represent the item being sold.

Listings must accurately identify, where applicable:

  • Sport or game.
  • Player or character.
  • Year.
  • Brand or manufacturer.
  • Set.
  • Card number.
  • Parallel or variation.
  • Rookie designation where accurate.
  • Raw or graded status.
  • Grading company.
  • Grade.
  • Certification number.
  • Quantity.
  • Condition.
  • Authenticity.
  • Known defects.
  • Alterations.
  • Restoration.
  • Included items.
  • Asking price.
  • Listing type.
  • Auction terms where applicable.

Sellers must not:

  • Omit material facts.
  • Use misleading titles.
  • Select an inaccurate category.
  • Keyword-stuff listings.
  • Claim rarity without support.
  • Claim “one of one” inaccurately.
  • Falsely claim rookie status.
  • Misrepresent population information.
  • Claim an item is verified when it is not.
  • List one item while intending to send another.
  • Use listing fields to manipulate search, Trust Score, rewards, GRAIL Credit, market values, or buyer perception.

A listing should enable a reasonable buyer to understand what they will receive.

06

6. Listing Images

GRAIL’s current publication flow requires at least one card photo before a listing may be published.

Sellers must:

  • Upload a clear image of the actual listed card.
  • Include a front image at minimum as the seller’s baseline presentation standard.
  • Provide additional images where reasonably needed to show condition, identity, holder state, or included items.
  • Accurately show visible defects.
  • Preserve image quality.
  • Avoid filters or edits that materially change appearance.
  • Avoid hiding corners, edges, surfaces, certification labels, or damage.
  • Use images they own or are authorized to use.

For graded cards, images should reasonably show:

  • The card.
  • The holder.
  • The grading label.
  • The certification number where appropriate.
  • Material holder damage.

Sellers must not use:

  • Another seller’s photographs.
  • Images of a different card.
  • Stock imagery for unique raw or graded cards.
  • Certification images belonging to another item.
  • Artificially enhanced condition.
  • High-value cards shown as bait when not included.
  • Misleading watermarks or overlays.

Additional front, back, corner, surface, edge, holder, and damage images are encouraged when they are needed for a buyer to evaluate the card.

These rules do not change the current upload validation.

07

7. Listing Descriptions

Descriptions should provide buyers with information that cannot easily be seen in photographs.

Descriptions should truthfully describe:

  • Material defects.
  • Alterations.
  • Restoration.
  • Holder issues.
  • Included items.
  • Quantity.
  • Lot contents where lots are supported.
  • Shipping or fulfillment information relevant to the listing.
  • Any other material facts that would reasonably affect a buyer’s purchasing decision.

Honest descriptions reduce disputes and build buyer confidence.

Descriptions must not include off-platform payment instructions, deceptive external links, harassment, prohibited content, or unsupported guarantees.

08

8. Condition and Defect Disclosure

Sellers should disclose material issues such as:

  • Creases.
  • Dents.
  • Scratches.
  • Surface damage.
  • Corner wear.
  • Edge wear.
  • Print defects.
  • Staining.
  • Fading.
  • Water damage.
  • Writing.
  • Missing material.
  • Trimming.
  • Recoloring.
  • Cleaning.
  • Restoration.
  • Repair.
  • Rebacking.
  • Holder damage.
  • Label issues.
  • Resealing or tampering.
  • Other alterations affecting condition, authenticity, or value.

Raw cards must use the existing Sports or TCG condition options available in the listing flow.

Selecting a condition option does not replace the seller’s obligation to disclose material defects, alterations, or other facts that are important to the purchase decision.

Disclosure does not automatically make every altered, counterfeit, unsupported, unlawful, or materially risky item eligible for listing.

09

9. Graded Cards and Certifications

When listing a graded card, sellers must:

  • Select the correct grading company.
  • Enter the correct grade.
  • Enter the correct certification number where required or available.
  • Use images of the actual holder.
  • Disclose cracked, chipped, scratched, altered, or tampered holders.
  • Avoid claiming that GRAIL, PSA, SportsCardsPro, or another provider guarantees authenticity, condition, ownership, value, or sale price unless that claim is expressly supported by the applicable provider and GRAIL policy.

PSA verification may confirm certain certification data.

Verification data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unable to resolve every item detail.

Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

A successful lookup does not excuse a mismatched card, label, holder, image, certification number, or listing field.

Unsupported graders or grades may not produce valuation information.

False certification information may result in listing removal, dispute outcomes, Trust Score consequences, payout delay, or other enforcement.

10

10. SportsCardsPro and Market Value

SportsCardsPro values and other market-value information are informational estimates.

Market values are not appraisals, guarantees, required asking prices, guaranteed sale prices, or investment advice.

Sellers remain free to set their asking price, subject to accurate listing information, platform-supported minimums or limits, auction rules, applicable law, and these Seller Rules.

Sellers must select the correct matching card and grade when using market-value tools.

Sellers may not manipulate listing fields, grading information, certification data, player names, sets, years, parallels, categories, or other values to obtain an inaccurate market estimate.

Unsupported grades may not have a value.

Market-value estimates may change.

Where currently supported, “Use as Asking Price” is a seller choice, not a pricing requirement.

GRAIL Tag eligibility depends on the current verified threshold and centralized resolver.

These rules do not permit manual entry of a verified market value where the current application requires server-verified SportsCardsPro data.

11

11. Pricing

Sellers are free to determine their own listing prices.

Displayed market values, estimated values, pricing information, comparable sales, or third-party data provided by GRAIL or its integrations are informational only and do not establish required sale prices.

Seller pricing remains subject to:

  • Accurate listing information.
  • Platform-supported minimums or limits where applicable.
  • Auction rules.
  • Applicable law.
  • No deceptive market manipulation.
  • No misleading comparison or scarcity claims.

Sellers must not use:

  • Fake discounts.
  • Artificial price inflation intended to deceive.
  • Coordinated sham transactions.
  • Price manipulation between related accounts.
  • Misleading “last sale” or market-comparison claims.
  • False scarcity or false urgency.
  • Off-platform price arrangements intended to avoid fees.
  • Pricing errors intentionally exploited or created by the seller.

GRAIL may correct obvious technical, calculation, or display errors consistently with the Terms of Service and applicable law.

GRAIL does not control legitimate seller pricing merely because it differs from an estimate.

12

12. Seller Fees and Proceeds

Standard listing creation currently has no listing fee.

Seller marketplace fees are calculated through the current Rewards tier and seller-fee architecture.

Applicable fees or estimated seller proceeds should be disclosed through the relevant listing, order, checkout, seller dashboard, or other seller experience where available.

Payment-processing costs are not a separate seller charge unless specifically disclosed as part of the transaction.

Shipping, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, cancellations, taxes where applicable, label costs where applicable, payment-provider handling, or other authorized adjustments may affect final proceeds.

Auction reserve commitment fees may apply only when the seller chooses the applicable supported auction option and the charge is disclosed.

The Fee Schedule provides current fee details and controls over this summary where applicable.

These rules do not duplicate or change the seller-fee calculation.

13

13. Offers and Negotiation

GRAIL allows buyers and sellers to negotiate using the Platform’s offer system where offers are available.

Sellers should:

  • Review the offered amount carefully.
  • Accept only when they intend to complete the transaction.
  • Negotiate honestly.
  • Avoid false competing-offer claims.
  • Avoid artificial urgency.
  • Honor accepted offers subject to the actual payment and order flow.
  • Keep negotiation on-platform.
  • Avoid sharing payment details to bypass GRAIL.

An accepted offer may remain subject to buyer payment completion where required by the current architecture.

Sellers must not treat an unpaid, expired, withdrawn, declined, or otherwise incomplete offer as a completed sale unless a valid GRAIL order is created.

The actual offer state, checkout record, and order record control.

Auctions use bidding, not offers.

14

14. Auctions

Auctions should be conducted fairly and honestly.

Sellers must not:

  • Bid on their own auction.
  • Use another account to bid.
  • Arrange shill bids.
  • Coordinate bid manipulation.
  • Artificially inflate price.
  • Submit fake bids.
  • Interfere with another bidder.
  • Misrepresent reserve status.
  • Cancel after valid bidding begins except where GRAIL permits.
  • Refuse to honor a valid completed auction.
  • Move the auction winner off-platform.

An auction with no bids may be ended where current tools permit.

Once valid bidding begins, normal cancellation may be restricted.

The optional Reserve Commitment Fee is governed by the Fee Schedule and current auction checkout flow.

Auction wins remain subject to buyer payment and current order rules.

GRAIL may cancel, review, or adjust auctions affected by fraud, technical errors, prohibited items, payment failure, policy violations, or other marketplace-integrity issues.

These rules do not change auction timing, reserve, bidding, payment, or cancellation logic.

15

15. Seller Shipping Origin

Sellers may be required to:

  • Add an accurate origin address.
  • Validate it through GRAIL’s supported shipping provider.
  • Keep it current.
  • Use the correct origin for quotes or labels.
  • Update it before publishing purchasable listings where required.

GRAIL may block publication when a required validated seller shipping origin is missing.

The seller’s private street address is not displayed publicly merely because it is used for shipping, quote, label, tax, support, compliance, or risk-review purposes.

Address validation helps identify incomplete or potentially undeliverable information, but it does not guarantee carrier acceptance, rate availability, delivery, or protection eligibility.

False or stale origin information may affect shipping quotes, delivery, Buyer Protection, Seller Protection, payout timing, dispute outcomes, account standing, or enforcement review.

These rules do not change the current publication gating or shipping-origin validation logic.

16

16. Shipping Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for shipping purchased items safely and within the timeframe displayed for the order or otherwise communicated by GRAIL.

Sellers should:

  • Ship promptly after payment and order creation are confirmed.
  • Package items securely to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
  • Use the shipping process supported by GRAIL when required.
  • Use the approved shipping address.
  • Ensure the correct item is shipped to the buyer.
  • Provide or activate accurate shipment information where required.
  • Cooperate if shipping issues arise.

Purchasing or printing a shipping label does not, by itself, satisfy the seller’s shipping obligation.

Shipment generally occurs when the package has been accepted by the carrier or otherwise verified through GRAIL’s supported shipping process.

Repeated shipping delays may result in Trust Score consequences, reward reversal, selling restrictions, or other marketplace enforcement.

17

17. Packaging and Shipment

Sellers must:

  • Ship the correct item.
  • Package according to item type and value.
  • Use appropriate sleeves, rigid protection, cushioning, mailers, or boxes.
  • Protect cards and slabs from bending, movement, moisture, and impact.
  • Use approved addresses.
  • Use required labels or tracking where applicable.
  • Accurately enter package information.
  • Tender the package to the carrier.
  • Preserve shipment receipts and relevant evidence.

Raw-card packaging may include a penny sleeve or equivalent protective sleeve, a top loader, semi-rigid holder, or other rigid protection, a team bag or sealed protective layer, bend protection, and a padded mailer or box appropriate for the shipment.

Graded-card packaging may include a protective sleeve or bag, bubble wrap or equivalent cushioning, a rigid box or appropriately protective mailer, void fill, and protection against slab cracking or movement.

Lots, where supported, should be packaged to reasonably protect quantity, edges, corners, surfaces, graded holders, and included components.

GRAIL does not mandate one exact packaging method for every transaction.

Packaging should be appropriate for the item type, value, disclosed condition, shipping method, and expected carrier handling.

18

18. Prohibited Shipping Practices

Sellers must not:

  • Ship the wrong card.
  • Ship an empty package.
  • Ship a materially incomplete lot.
  • Reuse unrelated tracking.
  • Provide false tracking.
  • Manipulate package weight or dimensions.
  • Ship to an unauthorized address.
  • Redirect delivery without authorization.
  • Falsely claim carrier acceptance.
  • Ship prohibited or illegal goods.
  • Deliberately use inadequate packaging.
  • Ask the buyer to complete shipping or payment outside GRAIL.
  • Use another transaction’s label, tracking number, or shipment evidence in a misleading way.

GRAIL reviews shipping issues case by case.

An innocent carrier correction or good-faith mistake does not automatically establish fraud, but repeated, material, or unsupported shipping problems may affect seller standing.

19

19. After a Sale

Once payment and order creation are completed, sellers should:

  • Confirm the order details.
  • Remove or avoid selling the same unique item elsewhere.
  • Prepare the correct item.
  • Package it securely.
  • Ship within the applicable timeframe.
  • Provide or activate valid tracking where required.
  • Retain shipment and packaging evidence.
  • Monitor delivery.
  • Remain available during inspection.
  • Cooperate if a dispute opens.
  • Avoid altering listing or transaction evidence.

Sellers may not use ordinary listing tools to unilaterally cancel a completed paid sale.

If an unexpected issue prevents shipment, sellers should notify GRAIL promptly through the Platform or appropriate support tools.

20

20. Seller Cancellations

Sellers should avoid canceling completed sales except in exceptional circumstances.

Active fixed-price listings may generally be ended before a completed purchase, subject to current tools and marketplace state.

Auctions with no bids may generally be ended where current tools permit.

Auctions with valid bids may not ordinarily be canceled through normal tools once bidding has begun.

Completed paid sales may not be unilaterally canceled by the seller.

If exceptional circumstances arise:

  • The seller should submit a cancellation or support request.
  • GRAIL may review the reason.
  • Buyer impact, seller history, evidence, and marketplace integrity may be considered.
  • A refund may be required.
  • Repeated or abusive cancellations may affect Trust Score, Rewards, selling privileges, payout timing, or account status.

Seller cancellation review is case-specific.

Not every cancellation automatically results in punishment.

21

21. Seller Availability

Sellers who know they will be unavailable should:

  • Pause applicable listings.
  • Use any available seller-management tools.
  • Avoid accepting offers they cannot fulfill.
  • Avoid beginning auctions they cannot fulfill.
  • Communicate promptly when unexpected events occur.

Potential exceptional circumstances may include:

  • Serious illness.
  • Injury.
  • Family emergency.
  • Severe weather.
  • Military service.
  • Carrier disruption.
  • Other events beyond reasonable control.

Flexibility remains discretionary and case-specific.

Exceptional circumstances do not automatically eliminate buyer rights, inspection rights, refund rights, dispute rights, or GRAIL’s ability to protect marketplace integrity.

These rules do not claim that a vacation-mode tool exists unless one is available in the product.

22

22. Communication with Buyers

Professional communication is an important part of building trust.

Sellers must:

  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Answer reasonable transaction questions honestly.
  • Avoid harassment, threats, pressure, coercion, or retaliation.
  • Avoid misrepresenting inventory or shipping.
  • Keep transaction-sensitive communication on GRAIL where possible.
  • Cooperate during disputes.
  • Avoid sharing private payment instructions.
  • Avoid asking a buyer to close a dispute in exchange for promised action.

Marketplace messages may be reviewed where reasonably necessary for disputes, fraud, safety, policy enforcement, or support.

All communications through GRAIL may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, or policy violations.

These rules do not change messaging privacy or APIs.

23

23. Off-Platform Transactions and Fee Avoidance

Sellers must not use GRAIL to identify, solicit, communicate with, or negotiate with buyers and then complete the sale outside GRAIL to avoid fees, Buyer Protection, Seller Protection, tax handling, payment processing, or marketplace oversight.

Prohibited conduct may include:

  • Posting phone numbers or payment handles in listings.
  • Sending external payment links.
  • Requesting Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, cash, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other outside payment.
  • Moving negotiations to social media for payment.
  • Offering a lower off-platform price to avoid fees.
  • Using listing descriptions, images, messages, profiles, usernames, or other content to bypass GRAIL checkout.

Ordinary external communication unrelated to bypassing a transaction is not automatically prohibited by this section unless another policy or applicable law restricts it.

24

24. Disputes and Evidence

Sellers may be required to provide:

  • Listing photographs.
  • Pre-shipment photographs.
  • Packaging evidence.
  • Tracking.
  • Carrier acceptance receipt.
  • Proof of ownership.
  • Certification information.
  • Communications.
  • Other relevant evidence.

Sellers must:

  • Respond truthfully.
  • Preserve evidence.
  • Avoid retaliating against the buyer.
  • Avoid altering records.
  • Avoid pressuring the buyer off-platform.
  • Return funds or accept returns only through authorized processes where required.

Failure to cooperate may affect Seller Protection, payout release, Trust Score, rewards, selling privileges, or the dispute outcome.

Nonresponse does not automatically establish fraud, but it may limit GRAIL’s ability to verify the seller’s position.

25

25. Three-Day Inspection Period

Eligible orders include a three-day inspection period after confirmed delivery.

Buyers may inspect the item during this time.

A dispute opened during the inspection period may pause transaction completion and seller payout.

Buyer approval may end inspection early where supported.

If no eligible dispute is opened before the inspection period expires, the transaction may proceed toward completion and payout.

The order experience may show the applicable inspection end date and time.

The inspection period does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

26

26. Seller Payouts

Seller payout generally requires:

  • A valid order and payment.
  • A valid payout amount.
  • Tracking where required.
  • Delivered fulfillment status.
  • The inspection period ended or buyer approval recorded.
  • No dispute open or under review.
  • No completed refund.
  • Fraud or security review complete.
  • Stripe connected-account readiness.
  • Other current payout requirements satisfied.

Buyer payment may remain on the GRAIL platform balance pending release.

Printing a label does not trigger payout.

Carrier acceptance alone may not trigger payout.

Delivery alone may not result in immediate payout.

A temporary payout hold does not imply wrongdoing.

Stripe or connected-account limitations may affect timing.

GRAIL does not publish confidential fraud thresholds or internal risk-review rules.

These rules do not change the payout resolver.

27

27. Refunds, Returns, and Seller Responsibility

A dispute outcome may require:

  • Full refund.
  • Partial refund where operationally supported.
  • Return of the item.
  • Refund without return where appropriate.
  • Payout release.
  • Continued payout hold.
  • Transaction cancellation.
  • Another reasonable resolution permitted by policy and law.

A seller may be responsible for outcomes related to:

  • Wrong item.
  • Material misrepresentation.
  • Counterfeit item.
  • Undisclosed alteration.
  • Incomplete lot.
  • Failure to ship.
  • Improper packaging.
  • Tracking manipulation.
  • Other policy violations.

Not every buyer claim automatically creates seller liability.

The Refund & Dispute Policy is the primary source for case handling.

Returns, return shipping, refund components, GRAIL Credit, payment-provider handling, and payout adjustments are case-specific unless the applicable policy or law requires a specific result.

28

28. Trust Score and Seller Standing

Successful sellers consistently demonstrate:

  • Accurate listings.
  • Honest communication.
  • Prompt shipping.
  • Professional conduct.
  • Low cancellation rates.
  • Cooperation during investigations.
  • Compliance with GRAIL policies.

Existing trust signals may consider completed orders, shipping performance, cancellations, disputes, policy violations, fraud reviews, feedback, and other marketplace-integrity factors.

The exact Trust Score calculation is proprietary and may be updated.

Sellers may not manipulate Trust Score through fake transactions, related accounts, coordinated reviews, sham disputes, or other deceptive behavior.

A single dispute does not automatically establish misconduct.

Strong trust does not guarantee page placement, collection placement, Featured Seller placement, permanent visibility, impressions, or sales.

29

29. Rewards and GRAIL Pass

Seller rewards and GRAIL Pass benefits are governed by their own current systems and disclosures.

Seller GRAIL Credit may be earned under the current Rewards rules.

GRAIL Pass may provide currently disclosed seller reward bonuses and membership benefits.

Rewards may be withheld, delayed, or reversed for fraud, cancellation abuse, sham transactions, dispute abuse, prohibited listings, or policy violations.

GRAIL Pass does not excuse seller obligations.

GRAIL Pass does not guarantee sales, Featured Seller placement, permanent homepage placement, collection placement, fee reductions, rewards, exposure, or immunity from enforcement.

These Seller Rules do not add a monthly stipend or a fee reduction that is not implemented in the current fee engine.

30

30. Seller Protection

Seller Protection may apply at a high level where sellers:

  • Use supported checkout.
  • Ship the correct item.
  • Use approved shipping processes.
  • Provide valid tracking where required.
  • Package securely.
  • Preserve evidence.
  • Cooperate with review.
  • Follow marketplace policies.

Seller Protection is not automatic and does not guarantee payout, dispute victory, immunity from refund, or immunity from enforcement.

Where a separate Seller Protection Policy is published, that policy controls the details.

Until then, sellers should review the Terms of Service, Buyer Protection Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, Fee Schedule, and these Seller Rules.

31

31. Prohibited Seller Conduct

Sellers must not engage in:

  • Counterfeit listings.
  • Stolen goods.
  • False certification.
  • Listing manipulation.
  • Market-value manipulation.
  • Fake offers.
  • Shill bidding.
  • Sham transactions.
  • Related-account manipulation.
  • Tracking manipulation.
  • Empty-box shipments.
  • Item substitution.
  • Fee avoidance.
  • Off-platform payments.
  • Buyer harassment.
  • Retaliation.
  • Fraudulent evidence.
  • Reward abuse.
  • GRAIL Credit abuse.
  • Trust Score manipulation.
  • Duplicate listings intended to manipulate discovery.
  • Bot or automation abuse.
  • Exploiting bugs or unintended behavior.
  • Any conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service, Prohibited Items Policy, or applicable law.

This section does not prohibit legitimate use of supported seller tools.

32

32. Marketplace Enforcement

When Seller Rules are violated, GRAIL may take appropriate enforcement action consistent with the Terms of Service.

Possible actions may include:

  • Education or warning.
  • Listing edits, hiding, or removal.
  • Publication block.
  • Transaction review.
  • Payout delay.
  • Reward or promotional-benefit reversal.
  • Trust Score consequence.
  • Buying or selling restriction.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent termination.
  • Request for identity, ownership, listing, shipment, payout, or transaction evidence.
  • Cooperation with Stripe, carriers, rights holders, payment providers, service providers, or authorities where appropriate.

Outcomes are based on severity, frequency, available evidence, cooperation, user history, and marketplace impact.

Listing removal does not always establish intentional wrongdoing.

GRAIL may temporarily act while investigating risk.

Decisions are made in good faith using reasonably available information.

33

33. Seller Transaction and Listing Errors

GRAIL may correct:

  • Obvious listing display errors.
  • Duplicate listings.
  • Incorrect fee displays.
  • Incorrect reward calculations.
  • Incorrect payout status.
  • Duplicate payout or refund processing.
  • Technical auction or offer errors.
  • Incorrect credit, refund, or transaction status.
  • Other obvious platform mistakes.

Corrections should be reasonable, in good faith, and consistent with applicable law and marketplace policies.

This section does not authorize unlawful transaction changes or weaken Buyer Protection, Seller Protection, or refund obligations that cannot legally be waived.

34

34. Governing Terms

These Seller Rules form part of the GRAIL Terms of Service.

They are interpreted consistently with the Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service currently use the laws of the State of Florida.

If these Seller Rules conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

35

35. Relationship to Other Policies

These Seller Rules work together with GRAIL’s other marketplace policies.

Sellers are expected to comply with:

If these Seller Rules conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where a referenced policy has not yet been published as a separate public page, it should be read as plain policy guidance rather than a link to a nonexistent page.

36

36. Changes to These Seller Rules

GRAIL may update these Seller Rules from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Marketplace features.
  • Selling tools.
  • Shipping procedures.
  • Marketplace categories.
  • Fraud prevention practices.
  • Applicable laws.
  • Business operations.

When material changes are made, GRAIL may notify sellers through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Seller Rules indicates when the current version became effective.

Continued use of GRAIL after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Seller Rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

38. Our Commitment to Sellers

GRAIL is committed to building a marketplace where honest sellers can grow with confidence.

We believe that successful marketplaces are built on transparency, professionalism, and mutual trust.

By maintaining high selling standards, responding responsibly to buyers, and following marketplace policies, sellers help create a better experience for the entire collecting community.

Our goal is not only to provide a place to sell collectibles, but to build the most trusted marketplace for collectors.
