Delete your GRAIL Collects account

You can delete your account yourself, in the GRAIL Collects app or on grailcollects.com.

In the GRAIL Collects app

1. Open Settings, then choose Delete account.
2. Re-enter your password to confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete Account.
2. Re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens

• Your listings come down right away.
• If something is still open (an unshipped sale, an open dispute, an unpaid auction win, a pending payout, a GRAIL Credit balance or an active GRAIL Pass), your account stays usable so you can finish it. Then you complete the deletion from the same screen.
• When it's complete, your public profile is anonymized, your storefront, watchlist, followers, blocks and notification devices are removed, and you're signed out everywhere. Completed deletion can't be undone.
• Records GRAIL must keep for legal, tax, transaction, fraud, dispute or payment-accounting reasons are kept, restricted from further use, and not tied to your public profile. See the Privacy Policy.
